Wedding Open Evening

We invite you to join us at our wedding open evening and find out more about our historic and unique city centre venue.

Join us for evening introductions and meet our amazing wedding team at the multi award-winning Roman Baths & Pump Room. This is a great opportunity to see how the venue can look on your wedding day. During this event our team will be available to discuss your plans and to show you around. Our caterer, Searcys, will also be there to offer you a chilled glass of fizz and delicious nibbles.

This event is being run completely free of charge for any wedding couples how have pre-registed

The open evening will be held at our beautiful Roman Baths & Pump Room location on Wednesday 22 October 2025, 7pm – 9pm.

As light refreshments will be served at the event, please get in touch and let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances.

Evening Plan

From 7pm – 7.30pm reception drinks will be held at Great Bath, reception drinks.

Then at 7.30pm – 9.00pm from within our Terrace & Reception Hall you will have an opportunity to meet suppliers. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you have on the venue, as well as discussing how they can help to make your dream wedding come true.
